Turkish Airlines announces the resumption of flights between Istanbul and Turkmenbashi

Turkish Airlines November flight schedule includes services between Istanbul-Turkmenbashi

According to the electronic newspaper Turkmenportal.com, the Turkish airline will provide two weekly frequencies to the city of Turkmenistan, offering a departure every Wednesday and Thursday.

For Turkmen citizens who wish to take this flight, they need a visa to be authorized to access Turkish territory, the cost of which varies between $60 and $120.

As for the prices of plane tickets offered by the Turkish national company to travel on this route, they are displayed from $497 for a one-way flight.

Stopping this service in March 2020 due to the spread of the pandemic, Turkish Airlines is once again adding this service to its winter schedule by serving regular flights to the port city of Turkmenistan.

During the previous two years, canceled its scheduled flights to Turkmenbashi but otherwise maintained its charter flights to the destination of Turkmenistan.
