Everything you need to know about Pegasus’ flight cancellation policy
Canceling flights is not always easy. The rules vary depending on the airline you book your tickets with. For example, Pegasus allows you to cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking, and get your money back.
If you book a flight, this generally allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours of departure.
If you book through a travel agency, you will have to go back there to cancel your ticket.
Canceling a Pegasus flight for free: Cases and conditions
Any flight booked with FlyPGS may be canceled and the passenger will be able to recover the full amount paid for their flight ticket in the following cases:
– If the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours after the flight was booked
– If your ticket was booked with the Comfort Flex fare. In this case, you have up to one hundred and twenty minutes before departure (2 hours) to cancel your reservation and recover your money, but airport taxes are not refundable.
Canceling a Pegasus flight can be done online in a minute. To do so, simply log in to your Manage my Booking account and cancel your plane ticket in one click.
Just make sure that the time limit has not yet expired to cancel your flight free of charge. Alternatively, if you booked your ticket with the Comfort Flex fare, you can cancel your flight up to two hours before departure and get a refund.
Simply login to your account at flypgs.com with your username and password. If you have already purchased your ticket, please click on the “Cancel my Ticket” button.
You can also call the Turkish operator’s customer service on 0888 228 12 12 (find other contacts here). One of its then confirms your request and sends you a confirmation email to let you know when your request is processed. You must ensure that you provide all the necessary information so that your request can be properly processed.
If you wish to modify your reservation by postponing your departure to a later date, you can do so by following these steps:
Log in to your account at www.flypegasus.com with the same username and password used when booking.
– Click “Change/Cancel Flight” in your reservations section.
– Select the new dates and times you want to travel.
– Complete the required fields and submit changes.
Changes applied within twenty four (except for the Comfort Flex fare) hours of the original booking time will not incur any additional charges. Changes made after this time will be subject to an administration fee plus applicable taxes.
Pegasus Airline reserves the right to refuse any changes to your booking if this is not possible. For example, it cannot allow passengers to change destinations without making other arrangements. In addition, she cannot accept requests for refunds or cancellations after the scheduled departure time.
All changes to reservations including flight cancellation require prior approval from FlyPGS. To begin the process, please follow the instructions provided above. All costs associated with re-routing are non-refundable.
Any changes to your reservation may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Thus, all costs incurred, including but not limited to hotel accommodation, transportation and meals, airport transfers, …, will be charged to you.
In order to avoid being charged for services not rendered, please notify FlyPegasus immediately upon receipt of notification from the airline regarding any changes to your reservation.
No refund will be given unless the airline agrees to waive the charge for any part of the booking.
FlyPGS reserves the right to deny any change request due to insufficient funds or credit card authorization failure.

If you choose to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus the processing fee.
