Thursday 19/2 I tried to check in online at around 8 pm via your website (Pegasus). I had to try this several times before I could check-in online. Although it says on Booking.com that 3 personal items are allowed for each flight (see appendix), I did not want to risk paying extra and clicked to add cabin baggage for each passenger. This amounted to approximately a total amount (for 3 people) of €49. I was forwarded to my bank app and paid with my Mastercard. I tried this 3x, 3 times I received a confirmation via the bank app (see photo) but apparently this was not registered. At check-in the man said we had to go to the counter in Istanbul because we didn’t have a ticket for the next flight yet, he couldn’t find it ?! (How is this possible?) Without any problem we took our first flight (1NTPX3) in Hurghada on 20/2 at 10.15. This flight took us to Istanbul. Because our previous flight from Hurghada had left later (approx. 20min), we of course also arrived later in Istanbul where we had to have our connection to Charleroi. From the moment we were in the airport building itself, we already heard a call for our connection to Charleroi (1NTZWS). We had to keep going at gate 502A, which is completely on the other side of the airport. We passed the transfer desk of Pegasus but it was unmanned! There was not even any of the airport staff around. Because the boarding had already started, I didn’t want to waste too much time either. When we lined up to board, we were taken out of line to show our luggage. The male staff member was very rude! He asked why we had not paid extra, I said I had tried that, showed the photo but he didn’t want to know about it. Why didn’t you go to the counter? I’ve been there; There was no staff.
The staff member hardly wanted to respond, did not listen to my story and said: “You pay €150 or you don’t get on the plaine! ”
Otherwise not on the plane. (see photo)
Because the Pegasus website is not working properly, I had to cough up €150 for our luggage, which clearly fits under the seat! (see photo)
Because the transfer desk was not manned, I had to pay €150.
    €150 instead of €49!

Because the first flight left too late, we were unable to buy lunch at a cheaper rate. Because we had to rush from one gate to another. My sons have not been able to have lunch. I was obliged to buy 2 sandwiches of €11 / piece on board for my oldest son and myself. My youngest son has ASD and was unable to eat anything because it is very difficult for him to eat unknown things.
Unlike Smartwings, (free) drinking water was not offered during any flight, I think this is unheard of!

Is a small carry on shoulder bag allowed on board in addition to a carry on case? I travelled out to Turkey on a different airline which allowed for both. I’m not clear if you allow this or not.
