Turkish Airlines boosts flights to Panama
Turkish Airlines is increasing its offer on the Istanbul-Panama airline. The number of flights soon served between the two destinations will reach three per week. Panama–Tocumen Airport will benefit from these additional flights from the end of this month.
Turkish Airlines will also maintain its daily service to Panama airport from Bogota – El Dorado in Colombia.
According to data published by Aviacionline, and according to statistics revealed by Tocumen airport, sixty-one thousand and nine hundred and forty-one passengers took flights between Istanbul and Panama-Tocumen during the January-July period of this year, being the third busiest air route between the Central American country and Turkey.
Regarding the new flight program between the two airports, which will be served by Boeing 787-9 (30 + 270), they will be offered on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. to land at 8:15 p.m. Return flights leave Panama at 9:45 p.m. to arrive in Istanbul at 6:24 p.m. (+1). Flight tickets are currently offered at promotional rates (from 1000 USD – one way).
