Ryanair launches two flights to Turkey from London Stansted

Ryanair is strengthening its destination network by announcing a further expansion of its operations to Turkey. From 1st December this year, the airline will add two new weekly flights to its schedule from its main base at London Stansted Airport, serving the Turkish cities of Bodrum and Dalaman.

These new routes mark an important step in Ryanair’s development strategy, which seeks to attract more travellers during the traditionally quieter winter period. Despite the general decline in air traffic in winter, Ryanair is seeing a significant increase in its operations from London Stansted.

The unique feature of these new routes is that Ryanair will be the only airline to offer direct flights from London Stansted to Bodrum and Dalaman during the winter season.

Until now, the Irish carrier was limited to serving Istanbul in Turkey, but these new destinations reflect a desire to explore new horizons in markets where its presence is still modest.
